    *Signed beta pilot agreements with NYP's Emergency Department for a 385-patient trial as well as another clinic.

    *Created a unique agent-based architecture and benchmarking metrics specific to emergency care/clinical reasoning, to ensure the model performs best-in-class on every emergency-care related task

    SignUp is a media-accessibility tool providing sign language interpretation for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing on streaming and educational platforms. Developed with the Deaf community, it enhances accessibility for an underserved group. With 432 million people (5%) worldwide identifying as Deaf or Hard of Hearing, SignUp gained 20,000 website visitors at launch and now serves 25,000 weekly active users across the US, UK, India, and Canada on platforms like Disney+ and Netflix. To support scalability, we are developing a cutting-edge AI model trained on SignUp’s proprietary database—the largest collection of sign language interpretations in the world—enabling high-accuracy, real-time interpretation across multiple sign languages.

Penguin Health aims to enable these organizations to operate at higher efficiency, deliver better outcomes, and scale their impact.

    *Validated, prototyped, and launched a patient engagement app with 3 community-based organizations in NYC.

    Achievements:

    *Built a PC/MSO structure that enables us to deliver and eventually scale care to all 50 states.

    *Launched in Maryland with in-network coverage through Medicaid and UnitedHealthcare, and successfully processed first insurance reimbursements.

    *Completed a clinical pilot in California, where 90% of participants showed reduced depression symptoms.

    Avanza Education is a tech-enabled social impact venture that transforms college access for undocumented students. Undocumented individuals face unique financial, legal, and sociocultural barriers to higher education, resulting in only five percent of undocumented students graduating from college. Avanza tackles this problem by delivering a virtual, cohort-based college-access advising curriculum that is family-focused, research-backed, and specifically tailored to the needs of undocumented students. Our holistic approach equips students to pursue affordable higher education and break intergenerational cycles of poverty and precarity.

    Beaker provides a SaaS platform that uses brands’ data to produce transparent and compliant sustainability reporting on the company or product level. Beaker’s platform helps brands create digital product passports, which show individual products’ footprints and are being mandated in the EU by 2030, as well as impact reports or marketing materials for public consumption or certification applications (like B Corp). Beaker began as a popular consumer tool to help shoppers identify brand sustainability but has since found the most value in providing its rating/footprinting services to businesses.

    Achievements:

    *In launching our original consumer sustainability tool, we have received over 80 thousand searches (with >30% MoM growth) in about 3 months.

    *Our consumer tool’s organic popularity brought us an inbound LOI for using our brand/product rating services. 

    *After pivoting to a B2B business model, we were able to close 4 LOIs within 1 month.

    *Awarded the Stanford Impact Founder Fellowship (SIF), which provides $110,000 in funding along with advising support to Fellows who are starting a high-impact for-profit or nonprofit venture to address a pressing social or environmental need.

Our lead program targets chronic pain and migraine, building on a cryptic pocket and lead molecule discovered by our team at Stanford and recently published in Nature.

    At Oleo we transform biomass waste into high quality oil products with applications ranging from personal care ingredients to sustainable aviation fuel. Our technology, developed at Stanford University and patent-pending, is uniquely flexible and efficient, enabling Oleo to compete at price parity in commodity markets unlike many other biosynthetic oils. We have the support of organizations such as the Department of Energy LEEP, Activate, the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy and have received funding from Alpine Social Ventures, Safar Partners, Collaborative Fund, and G-Force. We are looking to build relationships with objective-aligned investors in preparation for our $5 million seed round launching in January of 2026 and to develop relationships with potential customers in the consumer goods industry and energy sector.

This enables growing families to access medical and emotional support cheaply whenever and wherever they need it.

  • Bent is a co-living as a service platform that makes shared living seamless for residents and landlords alike. Economic uncertainty, ever-rising housing costs, and remote work are creating a once in a generation paradigm shift in the way we live. By solving the core frictions that have prevented co-living from scaling in the past, we can lower rents, increase housing supply, and revitalize local community.

  • About:

    Spect AI is a web platform that helps the construction industry reduce waste and deliver projects on time by automatically reviewing building products against design documents to ensure they meet requirements before procurement. In the US, new construction produces 60 million tons of material waste each year largely due to inaccurate material/product procurement and rework due to construction mistakes. Spect AI’s platform allows engineers and contractors to catch mistakes before materials are ordered, and therefore reduce waste and money lost to rework.

    Achievements:

    *We have 1 paying enterprise pilot customer, along with two deposits from two additional enterprise customers waiting to start their pilot. We are working with 9 design partners who are top engineering and contracting firms in the US who are helping us craft the product to their needs.

    *Raised $95k.

    *Participated in Unusual Ventures Academy, Shadow Partners Incubator.

    Achievements:

    *Interviewed 200+ stakeholders, including businesses, to evaluate challenges.
